Office Consultations: 1500 Garner Rd Suite B. Raleigh, NC (Text 919-645-7899) upon arrival **Bring a suit with you to your consultation that fits you best** A. Bernard Collection suits are made to measure suits customized for you. Please read and understand A. Bernard Collection policies and procedures before paying deposit. Please remember, all orders begin when deposit is received. Please bring a suit that best fits you to in-person fitting. 1. A. Bernard Collection requires half down payment when order is placed and final payment when garment arrives in our business office. Final payment extension is 7- days after order arrival. 2. Any Alterations needed after arrival at fault of A. Bernard Collection will be arranged with a local tailor or a reorder at the expense of A. Bernard Collection. 3. You will receive texts from A. Bernard Collection concerning updates, tracking and final shipment of your garment. 4. NO REFUNDS 5. If A. Bernard Collection measures you, those measurements are my property and for A. Bernard Collection use, we do not give those to you for your use. If you simply want A. Bernard Collection to measure you, the charge is $200. 6. If you send A. Bernard Collection measurements, those measurements are the client’s full responsibility. We take no fault in incorrect measurements. We suggest getting measurements done by a professional seamstress or tailor. 7. There is a minimum of $500 per order.
